It does not apply to information collected from you offline or through other websites or online services operated by PRH or its affiliates. Information You Provide Directly To Us:

The Site is published in the United States. We attempt to protect the personal information of all users of the Site and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to PRH's services, but the Site is primarily targeted to United States citizens and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.
